Founder and CSO

Dr. Amri received her Bachelor’s of Science in developmental biology from Constantine University, Algeria, an MS in Reproductive Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Sorbonne-Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris, France. She conducted post-doctoral training in molecular endocrinology at Georgetown University.

COO

Steven is a life sciences professional specializing in the development and implementation of market channel strategies with emerging medical technologies, providing companies with go-to-market solutions in medical devices, medical biologics, diagnostics, capital equipment, and medical technology services. His experience spans roles from clinical and regulatory affairs, product & market development, sales management, and general management.

Interim CEO

Ed is a serial entrepreneur, starting multiple tech companies. Today, he’s an advisor to startup companies and venture capital funds. He is the Chairman of the Board of Cloud Pharmaceuticals, a pioneer AI-based drug discovery and AI for healthcare. He actively works with new startup companies to go from idea to market domination.

CMO

Len is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at George Washington University as well as an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology at Georgetown University. He also holds a faculty position in the Department of Medicine at The University of Colorado. He holds faculty positions in the Department of Medicine and The Department of Nursing at The University of Colorado.

Scientific Advisor

Dr. Abu-Asab is an ultrastructural scientist and electron microscopest with over 25 years experience in ultrastructural pathology. He holds a doctorate degree in phylogenetic systematics from Ohio University. Currently, serves as a senior scientist at the National Eye Institute (NEI) of NIH.

Technical Advisor

Mohamed is an expert on the software development life cycle with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing applications of national visibility. He is a thought leader in predictive analytics, machine learning, data mining, and big data.

Director of Strategy

David holds a master’s in biotechnology from Georgetown University and is currently an MD/MBA candidate at Tufts University School of Medicine. His Interests include surgical and medical oncology, and he is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovation in medicine and biotechnology

Operations Manager

Charles is a graduate of The George Washington University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in evolutionary biology and ecology. During his undergraduate years, he worked under Dr. John Lill studying evolutionary relationships within agriculture ecosystems
